Experienced Electrician
Experienced Electricians are assessed by both their documented experience and a skills assessment exam. The results determine if you are classified as a Journeyman level worker or Construction Wireman/Construction Electrician.
There are seven levels of CW/CE classifications that can be utilized to best place you in sustainable employment. The lowest classification's pay rate begins at 50% Journeyman level and progresses to 100% journeyman level pay rate as milestones are acheived.
Our goal, just like yours, is for you to earn as much money as you can.

Five years or more of experience in the electrical construction field (verifiable through check stubs, W-2s, or from a printout from the Social Security Administration)
